Sales Consultant – Automotive

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and execute the dealership sales process with professionalism and integrity
• Manage the complete customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle inventory and features to customers
• Maintain accurate daily inventory and sales activity reports
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance and market share
• Work closely with sales leadership to achieve monthly goals and objectives
• Maintain dealership standards for customer satisfaction, gross profit, and unit sales
• Stay informed on automotive products, market trends, financing options, and certifications
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and follow-up activities

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Prior sales training or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver’s license required
