Gullo Ford of Conroe Texas is looking for a Social Media and Digital Website Coordinator to oversee our Website and Social Media Channels.  This person will have a knowledge of Facebook, Instagram Twitter, Youtube and Pintrest, SEO and SEM. 

The Ideal candidate will be have experience in websites, digital media and various social media skills.  Automotive Dealership functioning knowledge is a plus. This person will be organized, articulate, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks.  Bilingual is a plus!

Job Description  -  The Social Media and Digital Website Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Gullo Ford's social media and digital efforts

Gullo Ford is a family owned company that has been in business for over 40 years and an integral part of Montgomery County Texas.

Responsibilities Include:

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Assist with developing overall social marketing strategy and implementation
  • Keep up with Social Marketing trends and employ state of the art social marketing strategies using proven marketing tools
  • Maintains social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pintrest, etc. and consistenly updates and controls content and design
  • Research and identify our current fans/friends for individuals of influence and affinity within social media spaces to strategically get our name out to more people
  • Oversees the introduction and integration of all social media tolls into our website and other traditional media.
  • Attend and oversee occasional events/promotions

DIGITAL

  • Maintain advertising on LED Sign located on premises
  • Monitor and analyze our Google Analytics
  • Develop, execute and monitor effective SEO campaigns
  • Keep up to date with SEO and SEM best practices
  • Coordinate SEO campaigns with other marketing initiatives such as search and social
  • WOrk closely with internet sales team to ensure specials and pricing are correct on our website

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree; emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Social Media preferred
  • Strong analytical, time management, communication, writing and verbal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pintrest, etc.
  • Knowledge of traditional marketing
  • Deep knowledge and interest in social media, including a desire to continue learning about the latest automotive trend, technology and changes
  • The ability to multitask is a must.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and reporting.
  • Good Customer Service skills are vital.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint are important.
  • The applicant will develop original content and suggest creative ways to increase web traffic and customer engagement.
