Accounting & Office Assistant – Gullo Toyota – Part Time / Entry Level

Gullo Toyota has an opportunity for a results-focused Accounting Clerk / Office Assistant. This entry level position will be responsible for assisting the accounting and warranty administration teams with various projects as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excel Experience Required
General Accounting & Administrative experience
Writing Skills
Organization, Data Entry, and General Math Skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
