Gullo Ford of Conroe is seeking two (2) experienced Automotive Window Tinters to join our Fast and Growing Aftermarket Customization team. You will be responsible for applying high-quality window films to a wide range of new and pre-owned Ford vehicles. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a fast pace without sacrificing quality. 

Key Responsibilities

• Film Installation: Professionally install automotive window tint on various vehicle models ensuring a seamless, bubble-free, and debris-free finish.
• Preparation & Cutting: Clean glass surfaces thoroughly and use computerized plotters or manual cutting techniques for precise film fitting.
• Tint Removal: Safely remove old or damaged film and adhesive from customer vehicles.
• Compliance: Ensure all installations meet state and local Legal Tint Regulations regarding VLT percentages.
• Quality Control: Inspect every completed job to ensure it meets dealership and Ford manufacturer standards before delivery. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of professional automotive window tinting experience is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with heat shrinking, precision cutting tools, and tinting software.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required to move vehicles within the lot.
• Background: Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
