Full Job Description:
We are one of the TOP SIX Ford dealers out of 35+ Ford Dealers in the Harris /Montgomery County Area. We are expanding our Internet Sales team and looking for individuals that are tech savvy , Energetic, Motivated, and customer experience focused. The Internet Sales Associate will interact with daily leads and phone calls from customers wanting to place and order for New Fords. With your outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service , you’ll help customers with selection of the exact options, colors, and features customers want on their next vehicle and help with placing the order. You will follow up with the customer throughout the ordering process and after the delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. You will use email, text messaging, and phones to your best ability along with social media to communicate with potential clients as well as your current customers.
Responsibilities and requirements:
Monitor and respond to all internet leads
Maintain and set appointments for customers
Give quotes and rates, and demonstrate all vehicles
Present product options and benefits
Remain up to date on all current and future products as well as competitors
Understand and implement dealership processes and customer satisfaction
Gather digital photos and reviews for Social Media content posting
Compensation:
Compensation is based on experience and includes a competitive salary and volume bonuses as well as numerous other benefits. Pay : $45000 to $100,000 plus a year.

Experience: Have at least one to two years automotive sales experience (preferred)
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Must possess a valid drivers license, able to pass a drug screen, background check.
