Automotive Finance Assistant--Toyota

 Requirements:

• Work directly with Finance Managers and accounting to ensure prompt and ethical processing of all deals. 

• Package car deals, make appropriate copies of documents and send to correct financial institution. 

• Review documents from vehicle sales for compliance completion. 

• Communicate and resolve any and all issues with managers. 

• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks. 

• Automotive accounting preferred, with CDK experience. 

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and comfortable in an open office. 

• At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment required. 

• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Education and /or Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude
• Must pass a background screen/drug screen/driving record screen
• 2 years or more automotive experience
• Professional appearance
• Able to work independently
• Good computer skills/mathematic/internet savvy
• Able to multi task, prioritize, and react to situations promptly
• Some filing
• Work occasional on Saturdays with team member.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
